The
Tellabs ProPartner Supplier Diversity Alliance Program
is our initiative for integration and retention of certified minority, women and disabled veteran business enterprises (M/W/DVBEs) in company-wide contracting and procurement activities.
As with all suppliers, Tellabs has certain expectations for the level of service our ProPartners should provide. Tellabs expects on-time delivery of materials and services, and only uses the highest quality products and services. Competitive pricing is required to maintain the lowest possible cost of ownership with the highest possible value for our customers.
ProPartners should be available and flexible to absorb lead times and unexpected scheduling changes. We expect ProPartners to communicate and interact with Tellabs' technical staff, Global Sourcing and Supplier Management Department or any other authorized personnel, whenever necessary. We look for ProPartners who are continuously improving their processes as a way to increase their value to Tellabs and those with innovative and creative ideas that reduce cost, lead times and inventory.

To participate in the Tellabs ProPartner Supplier Diversity Alliance Program, you must forward the following information to Tellabs:
- A Tellabs Supplier Diversity Profile Form.
- Current DBE, MBE, WBE and/or DVBE certification.
- Marketing information (e.g., brochures, catalogs, line cards, samples, etc.).
- Capabilities statement.
- Current and past clients with descriptions of work performed.
