Tellabs to hold 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 1
Naperville, Ill. — Tellabs will hold its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 1, 2009, at 2 p.m. Central Daylight Time at Northern Illinois University, 1120 East Diehl Road, Naperville, Ill.
Directors up for re-election are Bo Hedfors, Michael E. Lavin and Jan H. Suwinski. Stockholders will also vote on ratification of Ernst & Young LLP as Tellabs' independent auditors for 2009.
Only stockholders of record as of March 2, 2009, the record date for the annual meeting, will be eligible to vote at the annual meeting or by proxy.
