This course teaches the participants how to set up and operate the more advanced features of the Tellabs ETEXS and Tellabs 6315 EoSDH solutions. Participants will receive a thorough understanding of Layer 2 EoSDH service concepts, and will be able to use the Tellabs 6300 network manager for setting up and troubleshooting these data services.
As well as covering the setup of Layer 2 EoSDH services, this course will also cover the definition and configuration of the QoS Service Classes needed when setting up MPLS services. System administration of the ETEX modules is also covered.
Note! This course covers the advanced setup of Layer 2 services such as VLAN stacking/-grouping, definition of QoS profiles/classes, MPLS protection and MAC switch configuration. For an introduction to EoSDH technology and information on how to make the setup of basic Layer 1 and Layer 2 EoSDH services, please refer to the Tellabs 6300 EoSDH Operation and Element Management course and the Tellabs 6300 EoSDH Network Management Add-on course.
