This instructor-led course provides the knowledge needed to engineer a network incorporating the Tellabs 1150/1134 MSAP Access System. It also serves as an introduction to the Tellabs MSAP network architecture and applications.

This course is the prerequisite for the Tellabs 1150/1134 MSAP Turn Up, Operations, Provisioning, and Maintenance course.

This course includes an optional 30-minute end of course knowledge assessment. Participants opting to take the assessment must also enroll in the Tellabs 1150/1134 MSAP System Architecture & Applications, FP25.X - Knowledge Test (115034SAA25XKT) when enrolling this instructor-led course.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the features and functionality of the Tellabs 1150/34 MSAP Access Solution
  • Describe the network functionality of the Tellabs 1150/34 MSAP Access Solution
  • Describe the common equipment associated with the Tellabs 1150/34 MSAP Access Solution series of equipment
  • Demonstrate network planning tasks using the MSAP network guidelines
Prerequisites: It is highly recommended that students have knowledge in Ethernet and IP technologies.
Audience: This course is designed for technicians, field deployment, field service, network engineers, and/or technical support personnel who are, or will be, responsible for operating, provisioning, maintaining, or engineering a Tellabs 1150/34 MSAP System.
