Overview

Tellabs Global Services Premium Training Services offer customized training experiences beyond standard Training Catalog offerings. Taking students to an advanced level of expertise, usually after successful completion of a standard training class, these custom sessions offer in-depth personal instruction with a typical class size featuring just two to four participants. Contact your local Tellabs Training Center for details about the availability of specific Premium Training Services and certification programs in your region.

Quick Start Training

If you need a quick and easy alternative to a full training course, the Quick Start option may be the answer. Ideal if you have a small number of technicians or need a basic level of product knowledge quickly, this option offers an efficient introduction that can be followed by more comprehensive training later.

The Quick Start option is available for all Tellabs product training, as well as for selected subject-specific modules — for example, a Quick Start Access program covers the Tellabs® 1000 Multiservice Access Platform Series and Tellabs® 1100 Multiservice Access Platform Series; and a Quick Start EMS option is designed specifically for engineers who need to become knowledgeable about Tellabs Element Management Systems.

On-the-Job Mentoring

This instructor-led, on-site class offers training for students who need more in-depth product expertise, such as technicians, on your traffic-bearing equipment. Upon completion of standard product training classes, these advanced classes allow students to immediately practice new skills in their own work environment while instructors observe and provide instant feedback, reviewing selected topics as necessary.

Customized Training

Tellabs can also deliver customized training to meet specific individual needs. Classes can be designed to address particular applications and product areas, covering multiple subject areas as required.
