Tellabs will be speaking at the IEEE ComSoc International Communications Quality and Reliability Workshop at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center in Austin, Texas on Wednesday, May 16th.
This IEEE workshop is held annually with the purpose of bringing together industry and academic experts to present and discuss communications quality, reliability and security issues as they relate to real world issues. The output from the workshops adds to the community’s body of knowledge and serves to inform, help form opinions and to assist in the development of best practices and relevant standards.
Tod Brinkerhoff, Director of Sales Engineering at Tellabs, has been invited to contribute to an operations panel covering “Challenges for Network Providers during Transitional Periods.” Tellabs will be joined by ZT Technology Solutions, NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association, AT&T Research, Verizon Services Operations and Fujitsu Network Communications for this informative panel discussion. Specifically, Tod will be speaking to how Service Providers can leverage existing Tellabs 1000 MSAP systems for cost-effective Class-5 Switch replacement.
